 Traditional Workflow

In the true spirit of traditional animation, frame-by-frame paperless animation enables you to produce animation using the same methodology as traditional animation within Toon Boom Harmony. Taking advantage of paperless production saves time, allowing each contributor to review work on-the-fly without awaiting the scanning of each pencil test.  Tradigital Workflow

Digital cut-out animation consists of breaking down a puppet into pieces, which are then moved independently over time. Since characters and objects consist of many parts, an animator does not need to redraw them on each frame; rather, one need only move or distort the parts to create the animation. Now you can benefit from increased efficiency due to the advantages brought to cutout-style by Harmony’s built-in compositing.
