Text in Perspective

In order to distort text so that it appears in perspective:
1) Write out your text with the Text tool in the desired font, size, colour, etc.
2) Select the text with the Select tool, then right-click on it and from the pop-up menu, select
Convert > Break Apart Text Layers. Breaking the text once will convert each letter into an individual text object.
3) Right-click a second time and select
Convert > Break Apart Text Layers again to convert each letter into a drawing object. These drawing objects can be modified, recoloured, drawn on, or partially or completely erased.
4) Use the Perspective tool

to select the entire body of text or just an individual letter, then use the bounding box corners and edge to distort the text so that it appears in perspective.
